Community Guidelines

1. Keep AVchat professional
AVchat is for charter aviation work. Post real NEEDS, real HAVES, aircraft updates, operational context, and direct messages that help brokers and operators do business faster.
2. No spam or deceptive promotion
- No spam, repeated low-value posts, mass unsolicited messages, or misleading availability claims.
- No fake aircraft, fake demand, fake pricing, or copied listings presented as your own.
- No malware, phishing, link farms, or deceptive external links.
3. No abusive or unsafe content
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or graphic violent content.
- No attempts to dox users, expose private client data, or pressure users into unsafe operational decisions.
- No content that encourages illegal activity or violates aviation, safety, privacy, or sanctions rules.
4. Respect confidential information
Do not post passenger names, confidential itineraries, private client information, sensitive aircraft details, or deal terms unless you have authority to share them.
5. Report content and block users
Report content that looks abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or outside these guidelines. You can also block users from their profile to prevent new direct conversations. Reports are reviewed by AVchat admins.
6. Enforcement
AVchat may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, ban users, or take other action when needed to protect the community. We may preserve limited records for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes.
