1. Service

AVchat is a professional charter aviation marketplace and community for brokers, operators, and other aviation professionals. The service helps users share trip demand, aircraft availability, fleet updates, announcements, and direct messages.

AVchat does not broker charter flights, operate aircraft, collect customer funds for charter services, or guarantee that any posted trip, aircraft, operator, or broker is available, qualified, or suitable for a transaction.

2. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account and company information.
• You may not impersonate another person, company, operator, broker, or regulatory authority.
• You are responsible for complying with aviation, charter, brokerage, advertising, privacy, and communications laws that apply to your work.

3. User Content

You are responsible for content you post, including messages, profile information, photos, aircraft details, NEED/HAVE posts, announcements, and links. You represent that you have the right to post that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• Do not post fraudulent, misleading, abusive, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Do not post spam, malware, deceptive links, scraped contact lists, or repeated promotional content that harms the community.
• Do not disclose confidential client, passenger, aircraft, pricing, or operational information unless you have authority to do so.

4. Moderation

AVchat has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may remove content, restrict accounts, ban users, or take other safety action when we believe the service is being abused or these terms are being violated. Users can report content and block other users in the app.

Our moderation standards are described in the Community Guidelines.

5. Account deletion

You may initiate account deletion from the AVchat mobile app. We process account deletion requests within 90 days unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance reasons.

Deletion may remove or anonymize account information and associated personal data. Some transactional, security, moderation, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required by law.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or website.
